Most small business ad accounts leak spend on broad keywords, loose geo-targeting, and clicks that could never become customers. Automated recommendations often make it worse.

The problem

Where Small Ad Budgets Leak

Three common ad account problems, and what you get for each.

Example for illustration.

Paying for the wrong searches

Much of a small ad budget goes to people who were never going to hire you.

You get: Campaigns run for you, aimed at people ready to hire.

Ads outside your area

Your ads reach people you cannot serve, and you pay for every click.

You get: Ads shown only where you work.

Clicks with no outcome

You see clicks and spend, but not which ads brought real calls.

You get: Reporting on the calls and leads each ad brings, with a monthly review.

What you get

Ads That Follow the Search All the Way to a Call

Here is what happens between a search and a lead, and what we run for each part.

Example for illustration.

  • An ad for the exact search

People click ads that match what they typed.

You get: On Google, ad groups around buying-intent keywords. On Facebook, audiences around your customers. Ads tested every week.

  • Only your service area

A click from outside your area is money spent on someone you cannot serve.

You get: Location targeting set to your ZIP codes.

  • A page made for the ad

Ad visitors land on a page made to turn that search into a call.

You get: One landing page built for the campaign. More pages quoted separately.

  • Calls you can trace

You need to know which ad brought each call and form.

You get: Call, form, and lead form tracking tied to each ad, and to the keyword on Google.

  • Weekly cleanup

Wasted clicks creep back in every week.

You get: Negative keywords and bids on Google, audiences and creative on Facebook, reviewed weekly, plus a monthly review call.

What's included

What PPC Management Includes at Setup and Every Month

Full-service management on one ad platform: strategy, build, and weekly optimization. Your ad account, your data. Ad spend and call-tracking software are paid separately.

Campaign Architecture

On Google Ads, tightly themed ad groups around buying-intent keywords. On Facebook, audiences built around your customers and service area.

Real Geo-Targeting

Your actual service area, down to zip codes, so budget stays where your customers are.

Conversion Tracking

Calls, forms, and Facebook lead forms tied to the ad that brought them, and to the keyword on Google, so budget flows to what produces qualified leads.

Landing Page Included

One dedicated landing page built for the campaign. Additional pages quoted separately.

Weekly Optimization

Every week: negative keywords and bids on Google, audience and creative tests on Facebook, and ad testing on both.

Lead-Quality Reporting

Cost per lead and lead quality against baseline, with a monthly review call.

The process

How It Works

Live in about two weeks, optimized weekly, judged monthly on cost per lead.

  1. WEEK 1

    Audit & Strategy

We audit any existing account and map keywords (Google) or audiences (Facebook) to your services and margins.

  2. WEEK 2

    Build & Launch

Campaigns, ads, tracking, and the landing page built and launched.

  3. WEEKS 3–6

    Dial In

The learning window: cutting waste, adding negative keywords or narrowing audiences, shifting budget to what converts.

  4. MONTHLY

    Review & Reallocate

Cost per lead by service line, with budget recommendations you can act on.

Questions

PPC Management Questions

What does PPC management cost?

A $1,300 one-time setup, then 15% of your ad spend or $1,000 per month, whichever is greater. You pay the ad spend directly to Google or Facebook from your own account. The setup covers conversion tracking, the campaign build, ad copy, and one landing page.

What is included in PPC management?

Campaigns on one ad platform. On Google Ads, you get ad groups built around buying-intent keywords, negative keywords, and call and form tracking tied to each keyword and ad. On Facebook, you get audiences built around your customers and area, ad creative tested against each other, and lead form or landing page tracking. Both include targeting set to your real service area, one landing page, weekly changes, and a monthly review of cost per lead and lead quality.

How fast do ads start bringing leads?

Campaigns usually launch in about two weeks. Weeks 3 to 6 are the learning window, when we cut wasted spend and move budget to what produces leads. After that, results are judged monthly on cost per lead.

How much should I spend on ads?

Most local service businesses need $1,500 to $3,000 per month in spend to compete. Below that we often recommend building organic visibility first, because ads only work with enough budget to win auctions.

PPC or Search + AI Visibility first?

PPC captures active demand after campaigns launch. Search + AI Visibility builds organic discovery over time. Many businesses run PPC for immediate demand while the organic program compounds.

Do I own the ad account?

Yes. It is your account and your data. If we part ways, the history, conversion data, and audiences stay with you.

Why a percentage instead of a flat fee?

It scales with the work and keeps incentives honest. We only recommend raising spend when the numbers justify it, and the report shows you the same math we see.
