Pricing & Contracts
How much does it cost?
Standard prices are published on the pricing page, and custom work is quoted in writing before you commit. Websites are one-time projects: Starter from $3,800, Professional from $7,500, and Custom is priced after scoping. Search + AI Visibility starts at $1,200 per month. What you see there is what you pay.
Am I locked into a contract?
Search engagements begin with a six-month initial term because that’s how long compounding organic work takes to prove itself. After that, everything runs month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. We keep clients by moving numbers, not by contract clauses.
Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
Setup fees, yes, and every one is published on the pricing page. Search plans start with a one-time $2,000 Search Foundation Build (waived after a qualifying Agency Crate build in the last 90 days). PPC has a $1,300 campaign setup, the Managed Website Subscription has a $1,500 setup, Phone & Text Setup is $800, and AI agent setup starts at $3,000. CRM setup is $1,500 on its own and included with Search plans. Hidden costs, no. Your ad budget is paid by you directly to the ad platform, and calling, texting, and AI usage are billed separately at rates explained before activation.
What if it doesn’t work?
You’ll see the same dashboard we see: calls, rankings, leads. If the numbers aren’t moving after the six-month term, you can walk. Month-to-month means we re-earn the slot every 30 days.
How We Work
What does "one client per industry" mean?
We never work for two competitors in the same service radius. If we’re ranking a roofer in Wesley Chapel, we won’t take another Wesley Chapel roofer, period. First signed, market locked. If your competitor beat you to it, we’ll tell you on the first call.
How long until I see results?
PPC can bring leads within days of launch. Local SEO and Map Pack movement usually takes a few months, depending on your market, your competitors, and where your listing starts. We record your starting point and show you the change every month. Anyone promising #1 rankings in two weeks is lying to you.
Do I own my website and my data?
Your data, always. Your domain, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, contacts, and leads are yours, and if we part ways we export your data within 5 business days with no release fees. A website we build as a one-time project is yours too, design and content included. The Managed Website Subscription is different: that site is built on our template, so the site, its design, and the content we write stay with Agency Crate. The CRM, AI agents, and automations we set up and run also stay with us.
Who actually does the work?
Us. No offshore fulfillment mill, no white-label reseller. You get a direct line to the people building your campaigns, based in Wesley Chapel.

What is AI visibility / AEO?
When someone asks ChatGPT or Google’s AI "who’s the best roofer near me," the AI names specific businesses. AEO (answer engine optimization) is the work of making yours one of them: structured data, entity building, review signals, and content AI models actually cite.
Is SEO dead now that AI answers questions?
No, it moved. AI answers are built from the same signals that win the Map Pack and organic results: strong entities, reviews, and authoritative content. The businesses winning AI citations are the ones that did local SEO properly. Skipping SEO now means being invisible in both places.
Can you show my business appearing in AI answers?
Yes, the free visibility check includes exactly that: we query the major AI engines for your key services and show you who gets named, you or your competitors.
Getting Started
What happens on the discovery call?
Thirty minutes to see if we’re a fit. We check whether your industry slot in your radius is open, run a quick visibility check on your market, and tell you what we’d do first, whether or not you hire us. No pitch deck.
Do you only work with Tampa Bay businesses?
Tampa Bay is home turf and where we work face-to-face. The playbook travels, though. If you’re elsewhere in the U.S., book a call and we’ll tell you honestly whether remote is a fit.
My website is embarrassing. Do I need a new one first?
Sometimes. If your site loads slow or can’t convert visitors, marketing spend leaks. On the first call we’ll tell you whether your current site can carry the program or needs rebuilding first, and the build price is on the pricing page.
