How do you price custom work?

Who owns what?
You own your data. The code and systems we build stay with Agency Crate, and we keep them running for you. If you leave, we export your data to you.
Can I just use an off-the-shelf tool?
Often yes, and Discovery will say so. Custom makes sense when no product fits your workflow or when subscription sprawl costs more per year than building it once.
What happens after the 60-day warranty?
Bug fixes after the warranty window are billed by the hour. New features are quoted as fixed-price additions.
